Location is great, in walking distance to coach station& railway station, right in the city, many restaurants & bars. The breakfast was exceptionally good and freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was not bad but it was not exactly at the centre. Rather a 10 minute walk, which is ok. The hotel staff and in fact, the people in Edinburgh are generally quite pleasant.

Excellent location - close to shops & restaurants Lovely comfortable bed & spotlessly clean room on 3rd floor. Room had an additional bed in an alcove which was a bonus. It has a lift!
